Yoga in Eugene, Oregon

A small studio for gentle yoga

Fern & Flow runs gentle classes, prenatal and postnatal classes, and chair yoga for seniors. Four teachers, small classes, and the mats are already on the floor.

What a class here is like

Gentle movement, with a slower version of every pose for stiff backs and sore knees.

Breath work in every class, so you leave with something you can use at your desk.

Chair yoga for seniors, seated the whole way through if that is what you want.

Prenatal and postnatal classes, small enough that you can ask about anything.

Small classes, and mats are already out when you arrive.

A Sunday community class that anyone can come to, by donation.

More about the teachers

What students say

I came to the Sunday class to see what it was like and I have hardly missed one since. You pay what you can and nobody makes a fuss about it.

Ellen Marsh

Chair yoga is the only hour in my week where my knees stop complaining. We stay seated, we move what moves, and Owen never rushes the room.

Doug Halvorsen

I started the prenatal class at thirty weeks and came back after my daughter was born. Ruth adjusts every pose around what each of us can do that day.

Priya Raman

Sundays are by donation

Every Sunday the studio opens for a community class and you pay what you can. It is the easiest way to meet us. The mats are out, the room is warm, and nobody minds if you sit down halfway through.
